
Two men caught by Ukrainian troops on Saturday have admitted to being individuals from the Russian military, a report by European arbiters says.
The pair were met at a military healing facility in Kiev by individuals from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
"They were equipped yet had no requests to assault," the security body said.
Russia has not reacted to the most recent cases, but rather has already said the two men were no more serving warriors.
The men had gone to Ukraine on an "observation mission", as per the OSCE.
"One of them said he had gotten orders from his military unit to go to Ukraine. He was to "pivot" following three months. Them two said they had been to Ukraine 'on missions' before," it included.
"One of them focused on over and over that there were no Russian troops included in battling in Ukraine."
The Ukrainian government, Western pioneers and Nato say there is clear proof that Russia is helping the dissidents with substantial weapons and warriors. Autonomous specialists reverberate that allegation.
Moscow denies it, demanding that any Russians presenting with the radicals are "volunteers".
'Advantageous affirmation'
The men were injured and caught by Ukrainian troops in the town of Shchastya, very nearly 30km (19 miles) from the Russian verge on Saturday. They have been accused of inclusion in "terrorist movement" .
Igor Konashenkov, a representative for Russia's service of resistance, said on Monday that the two prisoners were not serving warriors, but rather previous ones.
He asserted they had been abused by Ukrainian exceptional powers who had "beat helpful affirmation out of them".
Revolts in eastern Ukraine said the men were policemen from Ukraine's Luhansk locale.
The respite in the contention in eastern Ukraine since February's truce has been punctuated by continuous infringement.
On Thursday the military in Kiev said one Ukrainian serviceman had been killed and eight others injured in crisp assaults by separatists.
The OSCE's vice president in Ukraine, Alexander Hug, cautioned that "the topographical extent of the contention is by all accounts spreading".
"The mission likewise watched development or vicinity of weapons on both sides of the contact line," he included.
More than 6,000 individuals have been executed in battling that started in April 2014 when radicals seized expansive parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk areas.
